Important to know
A warranty of € 800 must be paid within one week after booking, the remaining amount 30 days before arrival. If the house is left tidy, without damage and in compliance with the general terms and conditions, you will receive the warranty back in full within a week by bank transfer (in the case of a transfer to a non-European bank account, the bank costs are paid by the guest). Guests of Villa les Bruyères do not have to do the cleaning, but I do ask that the house and garden are left tidy: tidying up, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the BBQ and oven, collecting bed linen (except protector), sort waste, ...
Check in from 1 pm, check out at the latest at 3 pm.
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, we will retain 50% of the total sum. In case of cancellation within the week before arrival, we will retain 100% of the total sum. If the stay cannot take place due to a travel ban/lockdown due to COVID, this can be moved to another free period free of charge (within 1 year and after consultation).
Pets and smoking are not allowed. Villa les Bruyères is located in a park area where tranquility prevails.
